Five Little Ducks respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Your information will be used to process orders only.
Credit card details will not be stored on our servers. All credit card information will be encrypted before being posted to our third party payment processor, and is protected by a 128 bit SSL certificate issued by GeoTrust. We do not accept any credit card details via email.
Pricing
All pricing on the Five Little Ducks website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.
Ordering
At Five Little Ducks we have several forms of ordering so you the customer can decide what best suits you.
Online
Orders can be made online using our shopping cart. All of your personal information is protected by a 128bit SSL certificate issued by GeoTrust and is retained solely for the purposes of processing your order. Credit card payments are processed by Eway in real time and the details are never stored by Five Little Ducks. We accept Mastercard and VISA, as well as direct deposit.
We accept orders via email. Simply email orders@fivelittleducks.com.au to let us know what you want, and your method of payment. We will contact you within 24hours with order confirmation and payment details. Goods will not be sent until payment has been cleared. We do not accept any credit card details via email.
Out of Stock Items/ Back orders
When an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, you will be notified by email or phone. You may choose to have the item put on back order, exchange it for another product of equal value, or to receive a refund for the full amount of the product. If the out of stock item is part of a larger order, additional shipping costs where the back ordered item must be sent separately will be covered by Five Little Ducks.
Exchanges
We understand that it can be difficult to know exactly what's perfect for your child or gift when shopping online. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange an exchange. Products must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition with all labels attached. Products must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. An additional shipping cost will apply. SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED.
Returns
If your product is not as it was described on our website, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be in ORIGINAL, SALEABLE condition, unused and with tags attached (if applicable). You are responsible for shipping costs associated with refunding your purchase. If the product is deemed to be in used condition or is otherwise not able to be sold, it will be returned to you and you will be liable for the additional shipping cost.
Refunds will be made of the products original purchase cost - including any discounts. SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED. Products can not be returned due simply to change of mind. Products unable to be returned by law, including underwear and some jewellery, can not be returned.
Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty good from Five Little Ducks, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days, not including shipping costs. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss the return of your faulty item. Five Little Ducks are not responsible for the loss or damage of goods whilst in transit, and encourage customers to consider insuring their purchases.
